What is VidPuff?

VidPuff is an AI video generator for faceless YouTube channels. You type a title, and it writes the script, records an AI voiceover, creates a visual for each scene, adds music and captions, and renders a long-form 16:9 video. You can review and change every stage before the final render.

Who is VidPuff for?

VidPuff is for people who want to run a YouTube channel without filming themselves: side hustlers, writers, teachers and anyone who'd rather not be on camera. It works best for story channels (Reddit-style drama, horror, sleep and bedtime stories), explainers and history, top-10 lists, and kids' stories.

What is the best AI tool for making faceless YouTube videos?

It depends on the kind of video. For narrated long-form videos made from a title, like stories, explainers, lists and kids' stories, VidPuff writes the script and makes every scene for you. For cutting short clips from long videos you already have, a clipping tool such as Opus Clip fits better, and for an AI presenter on camera, an avatar tool such as HeyGen or Synthesia.

How much does VidPuff cost?

VidPuff has three monthly plans: Lite at $25 (750 credits), Basic at $50 (2,000 credits) and Pro at $100 (5,000 credits). You can also pay once, any amount from $5, without a plan: that gives 30 credits per dollar, so $5 buys 150 credits, enough for one standard 5-minute video (about 113 credits). Credits you buy once never expire, while plan credits renew each month. Longer videos and AI video clips use more credits.

Is there a free trial?

No, VidPuff doesn't have a free trial or a free plan. The cheapest way to try it is to pay once from $5, which covers one 5-minute video and needs no plan. The example videos on the homepage were made with the tool, so you can see the output first.

How long can the videos be?

VidPuff makes videos from 1 to 30 minutes long. You pick a preset (2, 5, 10, 20 or 30 minutes) or a custom length, and it paces the script, narration and visuals to fill it.

What kinds of videos and visual styles can it make?

There are four video types: explainer, list (top 10s and countdowns), story, and kids' story. There are four looks: Photo (real-world photography, mixing stock photos and clips with AI images), 2D animation, stickman, and kids' 3D animation. You can choose the narrator voice too.

Does VidPuff make YouTube Shorts?

Not right now. VidPuff makes long-form 16:9 videos only. Long videos are also what builds the 4,000 watch hours YouTube requires for ad revenue.

Can I upload to YouTube from VidPuff?

Yes. Connect your YouTube channel and upload the finished video straight from VidPuff. Each upload is your choice: VidPuff doesn't post anything on its own.

Does YouTube monetize videos made with VidPuff?

YouTube monetizes AI-made videos when they're original and not mass-produced, and VidPuff writes a new script and new visuals for every video. You still need to meet the Partner Program thresholds (1,000 subscribers plus 4,000 watch hours, or 10 million Shorts views) and follow YouTube's policies, including labeling realistic AI content.

Do I need writing, voice or editing skills?

No. VidPuff drafts the script, the narration, the visuals, the music and the captions. Your job is to pick good titles and review each stage, which is where your judgment makes the channel better.

Can I edit what it generates?

Yes. At each stage you can accept what VidPuff made, or change it: rewrite the script, switch the voice, regenerate an image, or swap the music before the video renders.

Does it handle stats and numbers?

Yes. When a script mentions a number, a comparison or a timeline, VidPuff builds an animated data card for that scene instead of showing a still image.

Who owns the videos?

The videos you make with VidPuff are yours to publish and monetize, on YouTube or anywhere else.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are month to month with no contract, and you can cancel whenever you want.
